Missed Delivery Policy
When your delivery driver arrives at your location, they will call the phone number provided on your order. The driver will make two call attempts to reach you. If there is no response, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes for contact or confirmation.
If we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery within that window, the driver will leave and proceed with the next scheduled delivery. In this case, your order will be subject to a $5 re-delivery fee.
We also reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee if you contact us to reschedule your delivery after the driver is already en route to your location.
Please note that all orders are strategically placed on delivery routes, and drivers are expected to stay on schedule. If a delivery is missed, our driver will continue with the rest of their route. If this happens, you’ll need to contact Support via email or chat to arrange a re-delivery.
If your account has unpaid orders due to a missed delivery, we require you to pre-pay for your next delivery — NO EXCEPTIONS.
Adherence to this policy helps us achieve faster average delivery times for you and the rest of our customers.
Please also make sure to have your phone nearby during your delivery window so you don’t miss us. Thanks in advance for being ready and waiting for your delivery!
